Access to secured modules is restricted to registered users with valid credentials issued by the department or authorized agencies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities performed under your account.

Any unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or attempt to disrupt portal services is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension of access and legal action.

The portal is provided for digital procurement, farmer services, mill registration, reporting, and related departmental workflows. Users shall use the portal only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not impair the availability or integrity of the system.

Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana manages the content of this website. Though all efforts have been made to ensure accuracy and currency of the content, it should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes.

In no event will the department be liable for any expenses, loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this portal.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh / Haryana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this portal, subject to applicable government rules and notifications.
